About ABM

A Better Manifest was started in 2007 by Marcus Spurkel, a German/Amarican living in Los Angeles, based on his 15+ years of working within the shipping and warehousing industry. His extensive knowledge of USPS manifests allowed him to create a web-based system to give users an easier way to access some of the USPS' best rate classes in way that's easy to use yet powerful in its capabilities.
